A half day education program about our abilities and limitations in leading others and how to use this knowledge to become a better leader. The seminar contains an exposition of mental and psychological functions behind communication and leadership. It also clarifies the importance of the leadership and company organization for the health and sickliness of co-workers as well as for the financial outcome of the company.

 

 

Brain stress and health

A half day seminar about fundamentals for life balance and well being in life and at work. Description of risk factors and risk environments for burn out syndrome and how that can be avoided.

 

Encounters between people, communication and leadership

A seminar on the psychological and biological aspects when people meet. The seminar describes what happens in the very first meeting and the importance of the first impression. It also clarifies the psychological aspects behind communication and how emotional and social intelligence can be developed to improve our abilities to understand others.
